New Phone, who this?

I’m Dandelion-Utilitarian (but you can call me Dandy.) I used to create content as HexDSL in the Linux space, but these days I’m more of a writer than a YouTuber. Here, you can expect writings, mullings, musings, and the occasional deep dive into the Bible.

I’m an English fella in my 40s, with a Chihuahua named Backup and a daughter in her 20s (hi, daughter!) My interests include writing my silly novels, obsessing over bad sci-fi shows from the past, and drawing—badly.

Hardware

People often ask about my hardware. It’s not particularly interesting, but here’s a list of what I use.

  • Macbook Air (M2, 16GB Unified memory and 1tb storage) and a magic mouse because, I like it.
  • iPad Air (M2, 512gb storage) with a pencil pro
  • iPad mini 6 (I accidentally ended up with this, I use it for reading the news)
  • iphone 14PM (I have no reason to upgrade)
  • Kindle Paperwhite 2024
